Reduce Diastasis Recti
This program is designed to reduce symptoms of Diastasis Recti through TA contraction breathing with an emphasis on how to incorporate this breath into fitness.

Based on scientific research that proper breath patterns contribute to healing Diastasis Recti and contribute to the strengthening of your deepest abdominal muscles.
Daily At Home Workouts
WE KNOW YOU ARE BUSY! This hybrid course offers mom's the flexibility of working out at home on their own schedule as well as joining us for in-person workouts every Tuesday/Thursday at 7:30pm as time allows.
Classes are in person two-times per week with at-home workouts to be performed daily. These are a maximum of 10-minutes per day with the opportunity to add a workout as you feel ready to build.
